Impact Capital provides high-quality trainings to help community development practioneers in the Northwest gain the knowledge and skills they need to have maximum impact. We offer classes on a variety of community development and organizational capacity topics each year, including real-estate development, asset management, financial management, and commercial revitalization. Trainings are open to the public, with priority given to staff from non-profit organizations, local and state government, foundations and financial institutions.

Location: Trainings are conducted at the Impact Capital Training Room at our offices in Seattle unless otherwise noted.
How to Register and Pay: Click on the training under the calendar below for the course you're interested in attending and follow the instructions for registration and payment. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Space is limited and seats are available on a first-come first-served basis, so please submit your payment promptly along with your registration form. Once we have received both your registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours.
Deadline for Payment and Cancellation: Final registration will be closed five (5) business days prior to the training. If you cannot attend the training and decide to cancel, you are subject to a fee of $50. Please be aware that you must cancel three (3) business days prior to the training in order to receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee. In the unlikely event Impact Capital must cancel the training, you will be refunded the entire registration cost. All refunds are credited back to the original payment method (refunds to credit cards or bank accounts via PayPal may take up to two weeks to process). Every existing affordable property can benefit from doing a green rehab or adopting green operation and management best practices. This class will cover some specific ideas regarding cost-effective and high-impact green rehab, and operation and maintenance strategies that will help ensure your properties are successful high performers.
