Impact Capital’s Technical Assistance Program is intended to help organizations obtain the knowledge they need in order to fully utilize the lending and capacity products offered by Impact Capital. In addition, Impact Capital operates as a clearinghouse for affordable housing and community development organizations seeking assistance with management, acquisition, compliance, finance, and many other issues. This is a pipeline through which Washington State’s CDC’s can develop their internal capacity as well as ensure that their projects and organizations remain sustainable and better able to serve communities across the state.
