Nonprofit housing and community development organizations in Washington State have access to a variety of training opportunities, capacity grants, and technical assistance resources through Impact Capital's Capacity Program.

Impact Capital's goal is to help housing and community development organizations:

• Improve communities by producing affordable housing or other developments to meet community needs

• Build strong internal systems to effectively manage and sustain their growth and to protect their community's assets
