Impact Capital provides programs in conjunction with Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC). The partnership allows Impact Capital to leverage the resources of this national organization into local programs, including research and development, technical assistance and training opportunities. Impact Capital operates as the implementing agent with the necessary knowledge of Washington's unique affordable housing and community development needs and the experience to effectively accomplish the goal of the Impact Washington.
