Regional Committees
Impact Capital has three regional committees: King and Pierce Counties, Western Washington, and Eastern Washington. Regional committee members include a board liaison, local public and private lenders, regional representatives, and other investors. The regional committees review detailed underwriting assessments prepared by lending staff and make funding and draw condition decisions. Committee members work with lending staff to assess risk and condition loans. Given the composition and experience of the committees, the feedback or technical assistance provided during the predevelopment stage is often of value to borrowers.
