It takes more than just housing to create great neighborhoods and communities. The organizations that develop affordable housing and revitalize neighborhoods also need resources and support. Impact Capital invests times, training, and resources in nonprofit organizations to help them sustain long term change in their communities. Impact Capital has a set of tools and programs available to assist nonprofit organizations create sustainable change in their neighborhoods.

Vibrant Communities
Because focusing on the built environment is not enough to establish a lasting impact on a community, Impact Capital also provides community revitalization programs to target the underlying issues faced by historically underserved communities.

The Knowledge Bank
Impact Capital provides a ranges of services and resources to help community development practitioners and agencies increase skills and capacity. We also provide a bridge to national programs through our affiliation with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation.
