Impact Capital partners with the Seattle Office of Economic Development (OED) to support community development associations in eight targeted neighborhoods in its Neighborhood Commercial District Revitalization Program. Two of the CDC's involved in the program recently received a 2009 Neighborhood Business District Award from the OED. Capitol Hill Housing and the White Center Community Development Association were among twenty two recipients to receive a total of over $128,000.  Click here to read the press release from Mayor Greg Nickel's office.
