Ms. Olson joined Impact Capital in May of 2008 and is responsible for underwriting loans, providing initial technical assistance, and evaluating under-performing properties. Prior to that, she was a Grants Analyst at the Office of Housing, Homelessness and Community Development for Snohomish County. During her time with Snohomish County she served as the Affordable Housing Production Plan lead, managed homeownership, public services and Operation and Maintenance contracts. In addition, Ms. Olson has worked with the community in their Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness as well as being instrumental in developing Project Anchor, a homeless prevention program. Prior to this, she served as the Member Services and Technology Manager for Philanthropy Northwest where she was responsible for the development of the Northwest Giving Profile, a report on private philanthropic dollars and the Member Directory, a guide to philanthropy in the Pacific Northwest. Ms. Olson also serves as a volunteer with Executive Services Corp., providing technical assistance to non-profit organizations. A graduate of Seattle Pacific University, she majored in Political Science with an emphasis in history.
