Ms. LaBrecque joined Impact Capital in April 2007 as a Program Officer and oversees the Vibrant Communities program for community development corporations in Seattle. Prior to joining Impact Capital, Ms. LaBrecque was an Associate Lender at ShoreBank Enterprise Cascadia (formerly Cascadia Revolving Fund), a nonprofit alternative lender for small businesses. She also worked with the Seattle’s Office of Economic Development, where she managed the development of the Rainier Valley Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy (NRSA) and with the White Center Community Development Association. Prior to moving to Seattle, Ms. LaBrecque was a community organizer for three years at the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance. She received her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in Vermont, and has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Washington, where she was a HUD Fellow.
