IMPACT CAPITAL HIRES DIRECTOR OF FUND DEVELOPMENT AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

Impact Capital has hired Tracy Ellen Reich as the new Director of Fund Development and External Relations. Ms. Reich comes to Impact
Capital with 10 years in nonprofit management, most recently as Executive Director of the White Nights Foundation of America. There Ms. Reich served as the primary contact with Board Members and donors, both national and international. Ms. Reich was promoted to Executive Director from the Development Manager position where she was the primary fund development officer. She has experience with fundraising, communications and investor relationship development.

Ms. Reich graduated Magna cum Laude from Crane School of Music at the State University of New York at Potsdam and earned her Masters from New York University. She has additional education on Board Development through The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Grant Proposal Writing from New York University School of Continuing Education.
As the Director of Fund Development and External Relations, Ms. Reich will lead activities to identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships and funding opportunities for Impact Capital as well as manage existing funder relations. She will also manage the organization’s communication strategies and media relationships.
