IMPACT CAPITAL 2009 ANNUAL REPORT PUBLISHED
SEATTLE, WA - July 14, 2010 - Impact Capital's 2009 Annual Report is now available for public viewing and downloading from their website. The report paints a comprehensive picture of what Impact Capital does, and provides valuable information about the organization to its investors, supporters, borrowers, and partners.
The annual report highlights how Impact Capital invests, transforms, and sustains communities throughout Washington. Learn about how Impact Capital launched a Vibrant Communities initiative in Spokane, partnered with YWCA to create a more family friendly domestic violence shelter in Tacoma, helped Casa Latina provide more services for immigrant workers in the Seattle's Central District, and preserved affordable housing for local artists in Pioneer Square.
In 2009, Impact Capital provided over $9 million of loans and grants to organizations to develop community projects, affordable housing, revitalize commercial districts, enhance neighborhood green spaces, and reduce crime.
